Both Neil & Emilee Symanietz grew up in central MN and are committed to caring for this community and helping it thrive and grow. Neil has been a HVAC Service Technician in St. Cloud for over 15 years and has an excellent reputation as being a friendly, efficient, and skilled technician. He holds a Master B Mechanical Installer Certificate and is licensed, bonded, and insured which makes Advanced Heating & Cooling a premier choice as a HVAC/Heating contractor and for anyone looking for repair service on their heating or cooling equipment. Emilee is responsible for running our office, dispatching the service team, & developing marketing efforts to help us reach more customers. She also has over 15 years experience in business management and a history of providing stellar customer service.

Our second Service Technician is actually the company's former first owner, Mike Allen. Mike eagerly joined our team in a part-time role to help us better serve all of you. Having a second Technician with over 30-years of experience has been a huge blessing. We're thankful for his knowledge, expertise, & overall guidance.
